Instant delivery (1:1 Galleries)
The fastest way to deliver private photos one-by-one to your event guests.
  1. Upload: A photo is uploaded via our API or directly in the browser and instantly appears in the interface.
  2. Share: You display the QR code on screen or print a physical QR label.
  3. Deliver: The client scans the code, instantly accesses their private gallery, and can download or share their photo immediately.

Selection buckets
A complete end-to-end workflow for volume headshots, from initial capture to final retouched delivery.
  1. Capture & Upload: Upload photos directly or via API into the currently active bucket.
  2. Handover: Display or print a QR code for the specific client.
  3. Client Access: The client scans the code, enters their name and email, and immediately receives a backup link via email to return anytime.
  4. Selection & Feedback: The client selects, rates (stars), and comments on their photos. Progress is auto-saved. Once done, they submit their choice (instantly visible to the admin).
  5. Bulk Processing: The admin downloads all clients' selections in bulk and retouches them using their own offline workflow.
  6. Auto-Assignment: The admin uploads all finished files in one go. The system automatically assigns each file to the correct client's bucket based on filename or original metadata.
  7. Final Delivery: Clients automatically receive an email notification that their finals are ready to download via their original secure link.

Frequently asked questions

No. Both instant delivery links and selection buckets open in a browser with no account and no password. For buckets, the guest only enters their name and email so the final photos can be sent to them.
Links are unique and not publicly listed. Deleted photos and selection buckets are soft-deleted first, then purged from storage automatically after a configurable retention window (30 days by default).
Yes. Every project supports a custom logo, project name, header and footer text, fonts, colours, border radius and custom CSS. You can also run it on your own subdomain or a custom domain.
Labels with QR codes are designed in a visual editor and printed directly from the browser to a thermal printer over Web Bluetooth. No drivers or extra software to install. You can also use our Android Mobile Bridge or macOS desktop app for direct printing and hot-folder syncing.
You can upload photos manually via browser, automate via our REST API, hot-folder watch with the GetPic macOS app, or publish directly from Adobe Lightroom Classic with our official plugin. Anything you remove is soft-deleted first, so it can be restored until the retention window expires.
